    Jetbackup storage will be updated, old backups will be available for 2 months upon request. The old backups will be deleted once the new backups cover the same period. Only new backups will appear on Jetbackup, if you need to restore any of the old backups, simply make a support ticket and we will make the old backups available temporarily.

    Important Notice:
    - Resellers received a important notification on their registered emails with some changes that they need to consider.
    - We did not backup cache directories. If you had a WordPress cache plugin, you may need to manually deactivate the plugin and reactivate it.
    - Node.js and Python Apps need binary files reinstalled, we do not backup binary files. You need to install a new app and copy the binary files to the old app, then delete the new app.

    Data recovered for Web hosting, Cloud Hosting, and Reseller Hosting, most websites are back online. Some websites are facing connectivity issues due to IP migration. We are working round the clock to continue migrating the IP addresses from affected ISP to the disaster recovery. If it takes longer than usual we will be issuing new IP addresses for those websites to get them online quicker.

    Great news finally! Your data is restoring, it is only a matter of time. We do not have an estimated time yet. Accounts hosted on our web hosting, cloud hosting, reseller hosting plans will notice their accounts getting activated as we speak. The are all in a queue and waiting their turn to get restored and activated. We expect them all to be restored today. If you own a managed server or a managed VPS with us and used one of our back up plans, your services are getting restored too, however they are expected to take longer.

    We are currently facing a major incident in European data centers due to a fire. Our customer support team is currently overloaded with answering support requests, and our technical team is working overtime on the execution of a disaster recovery plan that was ready for disasters like this. Please stay calm, it is a matter of time now. This is a disaster no one could have anticipated. Data and service restoration are ongoing, but it takes time to transfer huge amounts of data from cold backups. We will keep you updated as more information becomes available.
